We are a group of three stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location of this hotel is close to Bencoolen MRT station and several bus stations. It is within 10 minutes of walking from Fort Canning and National Museum of Singapore. Just 10 minutes away from Bugis Street. The room is not big but has enough space for us. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet in the night. We slept well in all three nights. The front desk staff were friendly. The check in and check out went smoothly without any issues. They allowed us left our bags at the hotel and picked them up later in the night. It was a huge convenience for travelers like us to need go out for a whole day and check in at another hotel in the evening. Given the equipments, the amenities provided by this hotel and its convenient location, the rate of hotel is very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend this hotel to other travelers and will definitely return if I visit Singapore again.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Hotel Mi Bencoolen! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and dedicated to ensuring every guest's needs were met. If I ever needed anything, all I had to do was ask, and they promptly resolved any issues. As my departure was scheduled for midnight, the hotel graciously allowed me to store my luggage until then. Upon my return, I requested access to the swimming pool to rejuvenate after a day of exploring the city on foot. However, Mr. David Yeo, a remarkable employee of the hotel, insisted on providing me with a private room at no extra charge to freshen up in comfort and privacy. This gesture was incredibly thoughtful and considerate, especially considering the upcoming 14-hour flight where feeling refreshed and clean is essential. I am immensely grateful to Mr. David Yeo for his exceptional hospitality and attentiveness during my stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen in Singapore. His kindness truly made my experience unforgettable.

Pro : Strategic location to stay. Value for money and good service. Staff name "Anuar" is super impressive. He helps me to carry the bag and book the taxi. Con : smells pillows, but staff change to another one immediately. The water at basin flows very gently. I have to wash my face at the shower.

We stayed here for three nights. The rooms a little on the small side but are modern and clean. The beds are comfy. The hotel is very close to the MRT/ underground station. The pool is a real treat after a hot day exploring. Breakfast is served in Cafe / bar a couple of doors away. The food was good, with different options to suit most travellers. The hotel Staff were all kind and friendly. We had checked out in the morning, left our cases in safe storage at the hotel whilst exploring before our evening flight. On our return, Yash sorted us out an empty room to change and shower in. Excellent service from Yash and the team. Will definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel based on positive reviews and economic prices and my experience here was absolutely fabulous. The hotel rooms are a bit small but comfortable for 2-3 nights for a couple. The MRT is right next to the building. The hotel staff was very sweet and accomodated all our needs from early check-in to luggage storage. Thank you David Yeo for all your help and support. I will certainly stay here again! 😊
